Joining Process

In line with clubs across the country, we use the England Rugby’s Game Management System (“GMS”) to manage club membership and player registrations. GMS will allow you to manage the information the club holds about you, register yourself or your child as a player with Hackney Rugby Football Club, and pay for your membership. It enables you and your child to be registered for Insurance and Safeguarding purposes. Setting up accounts and registrations for both parent and child must be done by a parent.

Please follow the guides below to both 1. 'Create GMS account'  and 3. 'Sport Easy' .

There is no need to do 2.'Membership Subscriptions' till you have completed your free sessions.

1. Create GMS account

To start click this link RFU . Click 'Create Account' and follow the instructions as prompted to create an account for yourself, and your child.  Please also register your child as a player, ensuring you select Hackney RFC as your child's club. Any difficulties creating an account please follow this guide   How Do I Create An Account : RFU, .  Detailed player registration instructions  New Age Grade Player Affiliation For A Parent/Guardian : RFU. .

2. Membership Subscriptions

Our membership subscription is £12 per months by direct debit .The link to our payments is here RFU.  You will have to enter your username which is usually your email address and your password. Then select your child or children, and select the junior membership. Follow instructions prompted to complete payment.

 

3. Sport Easy (calendar & attendance)

The Club use Sport Easy so parents can see their child's calendar for the season, communicate with the coach and other parents. It helps the Club hugely reduce admin, and easily manage communication.
